Arsenal became the most successful club in FA cup history as they defeated league champions Chelsea 2-1 at Wembley to claim their 13th FA cup trophy.

Arsenal claimed their 13th FA cup trophy today with a dramatic 2-1 triumph over chelsea at wembley.
Arsene wenger made some changes to squad that defeated everton on the final league with the likes of ospina, mertesacker  and chamberlain starting for the london club.
Alexis sanchez opened the scoring in early in the first half with a low strike past courtuois after N’golo Kante failed to clear a chipped pass.
Chelsea were cut down to 10-men in the 68th minute after Victor moses picked up a second yellow card for diving.
 Irrespective of the number difference, chelsea pushed for an equaliser and after a few missed chances from Arsenal they got it in the 76th minute, Diego Costa converting willians lovely Cross to restore parity between the two sides.
Hopes were shattered  in the 79th minute as Aaron Ramsey scored the winning goal of match and sends chelsea into misery.
This is Arsenal’s 3rd FA cup in four seasons and their 13th, surpassing Manchester United who has 12.
The Victory also meant that Arsene wenger is now the most successful coach in the FA cup with seven trophies to his name.
